What is a Jupyter Notebook?

Jupyter Notebook is an open-source web application that lets you create and share documents containing live code, mathematical equations, visualizations, and narrative text. It’s widely used for tasks such as data cleaning and transformation, numerical simulations, statistical modeling, data visualization, machine learning, and much more — all within a single interactive environment.

What is TaiPIHub?

extends the power of Jupyter Notebooks to groups of users by providing centralized access to computational environments and resources. It allows users—including students, researchers, and data scientists—to work in their own personal workspaces on shared infrastructure, without the need to install or maintain software individually. System administrators can efficiently manage and scale these shared resources to support many users simultaneously.

What is this service for?

This TaiPIHub service is designed as a free educational and research platform focused on making polar data more accessible and interactive. It supports learning, exploration, and scientific collaboration by providing ready-to-use tools in a cloud-based environment.

This platform enables:

By eliminating technical barriers, this service ensures easy access to polar data and tools, enabling users to focus on learning, exploration, and discovery.
